I placed my order at the beginning of the week (Monday), but did not receive a confirmation from Bayou Billy of any sort. I tried calling them several times but could not reach anyone on the phone. I tried using their "contact us" feature on their website with no response. I finally sent a Facebook message on Friday asking for the tracking number and stated if the package had not yet shipped to just refund my order. The message was never responded to, but I did receive my money back on Saturday. I received no apology for holding my money for a week. This place is a great example of an establishment who does not care about their customers as long as they get money. Will never try to support this company again.December 02, 2016
